I met Bob and Gavin at West Branch State Park tonight after work. The weather was ideal for running - sunny and around 60. Bob's son Shamus came along again and rode ahead of us on his mountain bike. Bob and I both just wanted to get in an easy run before Oil Creek this weekend and ended up with 4 miles.

Easy run @ West Branch
I met Bob and Gavin at West Branch State Park tonight after work. The weather was ideal for running - sunny and around 60. Bob's son Shamus came along again and rode ahead of us on his mountain bike.
