More Climbing

After getting snowed in this morning and abandoning my original plan for the day, I headed back over to my fitness center and did another two hours on the treadmill at a 15% incline. Legs still felt strong afterwards. Good workout!

If your legs still feel strong after 2 hours at 15%, you weren't going fast enough.
